Well, the title says it all. This is the third time she's been treated. First was with a yellow pill, the second was with two treatments of Revolution. She's strictly indoors and doesn't have fleas. I bleach her litter pan after every new outbreak, and clean up any vomit with floor cleaner. I'm at a loss what to do next. I'm going to the vet's tomorrow to pick up yet another medicine, but I can't help but feel I'm doing something wrong. Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

I asked a friend from another board and she replied with this:

What has the time frame been from the start of treatment? If the vet used anything other than StongidT, most other meds are ineffective for roundworm. If she used Strongid, chances are, kitty had a severe infestation and it's taking some time to eradicate them........................Traci

Thanks Mary Anne, and thank your friend, too. She was first treated in January with the yellow pill (I can't remember the name, and my kitty health file is at home). Late March or early April, she vomited more, so she was treated twice (once at first sign, second 4 weeks later in May) with Revolution. When I go to pick up the meds tomorrow, I'll make sure and see if she has had Strongid, or if that is what she is getting.
