Ferris didn't want the scritching session to end yet:

This was how interested Ginger was in what was going on in front of her:

And finally, after many scritches and photos, Ferris began succumbing to the need to nap:

Ferris looks so soft, like he has a few extra-long hairs surrounding him. What beautiful kitties. I'm thinking contentment!

Ferris has so much fur, and sheds SO much of it that I'm surprized he isn't a Persian. He does have lots of long wispies that give him almost a halo effect.

I like to think that my babies are happy, I try to take very good care of them and give them love and toys and treats and keep them healthy. I've been talking to them about Tinta coming to live with us in two months. Gingers turns her face away from me when I talk about Tinta but Ferris seems to pay attention.

Sometimes it is REALLY hard for me to believe he is semi-feral.

Awww, I'm sorry you can't see it - she is stretched out asleep on top of my loveseat in the shape of a bowling pin.

I love Ferris. He's just adorable and seems to have a sweet personality too.

I love that fluffy tail!
