Should I be concerned. I have been using frontline because that's what the people I got sophie from used. She scratches, I never see anything except for bug like things, dead, could be fruit flies, could be dead fleas???? anyway, should I be worried about heartworm? do I need to switch to revolution or just keep it as is. Summer's coming eventually, just wondering, please help? it costs the same as frontline...thanks in advance.

cats aren't likely to get heartworm unless you live in a very mosquito filled area in the summertime. you can probably stick with what you are using, but if it is every month I would switch around once in awhile. Don't use the same exact product month after month after month. Your cats will get immune to it and it wouldn't do anything. fleas are what you want to make sure you keep away, with fleas comes worms. If you are seeing little dead bugs it is probably fleas. Good thing you are treating them and they are dead!
