Tattoos...

I have several tatts and love everyone. One year I hope to save up the money to get another one right over my spine. From the back of my neck all the way down. My oldest tatt is on my hand. I've had that thing for over 20 years (I'm only 32. lol). Oneis on my left leg towards my ankle area. It hurt but not too much. I have a unicorn on my right sholderblade that hurt a bit more because the guy hit a nerve. (I have more tatts then that, though. I'm a tatt junkie when I have the money for one.)

Yea, have a friend with you. Someone to talk to helps keep your mind off of it. I know it felt like I was being pinched over and over again then it faded and I felt nothing after that. Healing isn't that bad as long as you don't whack it off something. I smacked my leg a good one and I knew all about the tatt down there. LOL Good luck and can't wait to see pics!

Go for it, you deserve it after all! I was talking to my Mum tonight and she clearly doesn't agree with the whole tattoo thing! Shame! LOL

I have 1 tattoo- my zodiac on my lower back. Its hidden at all times, except in the summer- but I like it.

I want another one- I've always wanted lotus flowers and koi fish on my side., but right now I'm looking into getting an angel done in memory of my family members whom I've lost to cancer and Davidson I found this gorgeous fairy/angel who's sitting on a moon crest with her head down crying, holding a star- I want it so badly, I'll have to find the pic again.

My dream is to be able to go to Miami and have Ami from Miami Ink tattoo me

All this talk of tats is making me want another!! I really want one either on top of foot, on my toe, or neck. but what to get.......thats the question.

Me too! He is THE man! I would like to have him do something with the Lion Fish that I have always wanted to get on my calf. And I would love to have Kat do a portrait of my dear departed Sonny (not sure where I would get him).

I'm getting paw prints on my foot for my boys in a few weeks here- I can't wait!

Laureen, very pretty! I can't wait to see your paw prints, you better give us pics!! I will be graduating from my nursing program in May, and after graduation my close group of girl friends and I are all going together and getting a tattoo. We are going to use the cadeuses (sp?) but make it more feminine somehow, and more original. Once we get all our ideas together, we're just going to take it to a tattoo artist we know here in town and let him try and design something for us. Can't wait!!

Dont drink alcomahol before you go in, it thins your blood and you will obviousely bleed more during the tattoo.

Get some sort of chew toy or towel or a boyfriend to bite on when the pain hits.

A chew toy LOL. I have 3 never hurt that bad but if it is a reason to break someones fingers when in pain deal lol
