IE 7 and Vista Problems

Cannot reply to messages that have alot of body to them. The reply button on the bottom right is off the page and cannot see it. Below is a web site that explains the problem and a possible fix in the layout.css file.

Hopefully this be fixed before more people start using Vista. Can someone please look in to this.
