I ate dinner but all day i have been just snacking on stuff most of the afternoon. everysince i started walking back and forth to work i feel hungry all the time its crazy here i am trying to get daily exercise so i can lose weight and all i want to do is eat. i try to make sure that i only eat at certian times during the day about 4-5 times a day actually small protions. im doing things right but man today i have the munchies like crazy and have been very bad!! what can i do to curb my munchies !
