That's sweet that you're concerned about your wife mowing in the heat. Funny, it doesn't bother my DH when I'm mowing, and we have probably half an acre of lawn. Thank goodness for the great swamp behind us.(except for the mosquitos) . He had knee surgery last summer, so I got stuck with the job. Actually, I'll mow the lawn if he'll clean the bathrooms anyday. And its only once a week at the most so its really not bad other than the noise and the fumes.

And how come Karen is crossing her fingers for snow????
It looks like we're on the line or so to get 8-12" Bah

Guess we'll have to have a pity party on Saturday unless some mysterious warm front sneaks in. Oh well, I have only had to shovel one storm this year. Guess I can survive one more time.

Its been in the 50s here which is nice after all the zero temps. Its been rainy and most of the snow is finally melted.I did a garden walk yesterday and actually see alot of daffodils showing up.But its sayin a foot of snow here Friday night Yikes. But it won't hang around long hopefully. I'm so ready for spring.

Well maybe we'll get lucky
The meterologists have been wrong many times before

I don't mind snow blowing, I only did it once already this year so that's not bad. I just hope the driving isn't bad. I need to get out of the house and my buddy wants me to come over for chinese, beer, and video games tomorrow *lol*

It's been getting close to 50 degrees for the highs the last few days which is a welcome relief from all the horrible cold we had back in January and February. That is until today...now it's about 24 degrees and windy and I'm

I hate early spring/winter weather!!!!!!! I just want it to get nice and stay nice!

I'm leaving work early to be sure that I can get a spot to park on the sidewalk before it gets too deep.

I'm looking forward to the 3 inches of rain that are supposed to fall tomorrow morning on top of the 8-12 inches of snow we're getting.
Yay - 8-12 inches of heavy SLUSH for me to shovel out my car tomorrow - I have places to be tomorrow afternoon!

I'm SO not liking this.

I think I'm going to go out tonight and shovel, before it gets weighed down with the rain. But its awfully cold out there. The roads were horrible when I was picking up my son at 2pm. Hope you left early enough and didn't have too far to go.
