I don't even follow baseball, but this is turning into an interesting World Series. Everyone thought the Giants were going to run away with it, but the Angels are really showing what they are made of.

I'll root for the Angels. I always have to go for the underdog if I don't have a favorite. Besides, hubby says he "hates" Barry Bonds. LOL Funny since we don't even watch baseball.

No worries... I'm not a huge baseball nut, I rather go to a hockey game ANY day!!!

We actually watched the last 2 innings of the game, I think the only baseball we watched all year. I was rooting for the Angels!

Lhezzza - I couldn't sleep the other night (3am), and went downstairs and put the TV on. They were showing Anaheim (sp - sorry) against San Fransisco.

This is the first time I've ever seen a baseball match in my life. I coudn't follow the rules to save my life - but I remember Barry Bond and remember seeing the monkey - which led me to remember you comments and pictures of monkeys.

I was really half asleep and cold (the fire had gone out), but the overriding memory was one of surprise - baseball is almost as slow as cricket when I thought is was really fast-paced.

Education care of TCS once again!! If I'm ever insomniac again, I'll look out for it!
