Over the weekend I found a cat who had been hit by a car. His eyes were reflecting back at me from my lights. I had to get him out of the road...so here we are with a ferel cat that is terrified of me. He will be assessed at the vet today. My question is: Should I spend all kinds of money on this cat who most likely has a broken pelvis, clavical, and jaw? I need a good mouser if he would stay close to home and let me know he's alive on a daily basis. It is clear by his fear of me that he is not used to human contact.

Bless you for stopping and rescuing him. Thats more than most ppl would do. I say if you have the funds for getting him everything he needs, then go for it!! How is he today? Has he been to the vet? Please let us know how he does!

Yes I would treat him, that might be why God let you find him. Please let us know how he is doing.

Looking to see if there has been any news about this poor kitty. Many prayers and <<vibes>> being sent your way.

How did the vet visit go? It sounds like this poor kitty is in bad shape.
I'm assuming that you have probably already made your decision on whether to treat the kitty. What was the outcome?

Either way, thank you for rescuing this poor cat. Whether you decided to treat or put him out of his misery, it is far better than the fate he was facing, broken and left to die.
