Hello fellow kitties!

I just signed up here and cannot wait to explore the boards!! I have a 2 year old female kitty named Dinah that DH and I love to death. She does have some behavioral issues (like chewing every wire she comes across, I thought we had a cat not a dog ). Anyways, just wanted to stop in and introduce myself.

hello and a warm welcome to you and Dinah Its great here, theres always lots to so and see, it can soon become a bit of an addiction

Once you get settled maybe you could post some photos we just love photos here

Thanks for the welcomes girlies!! I've already spent copious amounts of time here today (at work), oops!

I posted some pictures in the fur pictures only thread, so check them out if you're interested. Unfortunately, I don't have many good pics on my computer at work, so I'll have to post some more from home!

Welcome Dinah and Meowmy

to TheCatSite and sure hope you can coax Dinah from biting wires as that might hurt her! Have you tried rubbing Tabasco sauce or salsa or other hot-pepper essence on the wires? This might dissuade her from doing that. Another possible is Bitter Apple, available from "pet" supply stores. It has a taste cats loathe. Or any citrus (orange, grapefruit, lemon, lime) essence or juice. Sure hope you can convince her not to do this!
