Why did I ever think this was a good idea?

Last time I went to Ikea I fell in love with this white quilt cover. I came home, excited, and ripped it out of the bag. It was at that point I realized I was the Meowmy to a black kitty and a gray kitty. It was the worst interior design mistake I've ever made!

I'm going back this weekend to get another quilt cover among other things. I can say that I will NEVER buy anything white ever again.

I have the opposite problem!
Two white and tabby cats who will automatically find anything dark in the house and lay on it, especially clean laundry.

Oh I feel you there... I'm just going to buy a dark quilt cover and move on with my life.

Hmmm... Similar problems having Radar moulting everwhere- as he is black and white I get hairs of both colours

See, this is why everything I have is leopard print. The cat hair just BLENDS.

Cat hair is everywhere here so color doesn't matter. White, blue, red..whatever. Reeses' fur manages to come through it all

I can empathize, my boys being gray (Jacob) and black (Löki)! I wouldn't want it either!

hehe I have black furniture and a black and grey carpet. My cats are white and orange/white, LOL

I don't think any colour is really safe to have when you have cats. Hair is hair whether you can see it or not. I'd actually rather see it so that I know if it needs cleaning or not.

We have a black, a grey tabby and a light coloured kitty, so no matter what colour anything is, at least someone's fur will show up. We're past caring now.

Didn't you know, opposites attract?

Unfortunately, I have a white cat, a black torti cat, and a gray tabby. So all fur colors of the rainbow, essentially. No fabric is safe in my home from cat hair.
