Hey everyone. Socrates & Tiger are doing fine. Socrates ran out my open front door in a rain storm & it took all of 5 seconds for him to run back in sopping wet. Lil Tiger's fine. I'm catsitting another Tiger kitty (my nephew, my best friend Helen's cat-the girl I wrote those poems about in the poetry section) & my Tiger is not happy. Fortunately, I only have to yell one name when they fight.
As for me, I have a new PC, but still have to install a mdem and get service, so everyone will be seeing more of me in the near future. So, consider this a preview of "COMING ATTRACTIONS".
On a sadder note, my eldest niece (My close friend Laura's white furball) started getting sick. She was old & her kidney failed and I went w/ Laura to the vet when we had to put her to sleep. We both cried like babies. It was very saddening. Tammy was a sweety and next to mom, she loved Uncle Chuck the most, when I visited. I miss her terribly and there's a memorial poem I'll post when I'm actually back online at home.
I'm going back to school in Jan for web design (as a side bar thing to filmmaking) and next summer I've already been hired to produce and be Director of Photography on 2 low budget films. I told them if I were there for anything longer thatn 4 weeks, they'd have to fly my cats up with me.
Well, I just wanted to pop in and say HI! I'll be back in force in a month or so, so until then....adeiu.
