lol, today kolar the kitten decided to go exploring. we've given him full run of the house to see how he does- he has a nice new litter pan and new dishes to go along wit hhis newfound freedom as well. In our living room, we have two couches and a recliner. One of the couches is like a double recliner- well last night after we got off the couch when our show was over we went to sleep. When i woke up this morning i looked for Kolar to feed him but when i didn't see him i figured he was hiding somewhere asleep so i left out his food and then went to work. Around 4 Colin came to my job to just say hi for a bit. When he was there he mentioned that this afternoon he heard Kolar meowing and found him stuck under the couch
The little bugger must have been stuck under there all night.
I felt SOOOO bad when Colin told me that- but the kitten does like to hide in strange places then spaztically jump out of you like he's the star in the next big slasher film
So i guess now he's learned his lesson
He hasn't gone under the couch all night
I will definitely be checking under the couch from now on to make sure he doesn't get under there.

Awww, he's a little explorer!
Have you thought of a new name for him yet? I want to see new pictures of the little guy.

Oh poor Guy
...The woman that grooms Sev and Soph couldn't find her cat for a week, she had a party at her house and somehow the cat got in the recliner...never cried the whole time...and then one day it hit her and she looked under it...What the HECK!!!

Oh well, at least he wasn't hurt! Jacob, when he was a kitten, used to jump under the recliner as we were closing it. I don't know how many times he was trapped in mid-leap! Thank god for those flexible kitten bones!

Vash is nearly three, and still thinks it's great fun to dive under the couch cushions while I'm laying on the couch.

Glad little Kolar wasn't hurt, poor guy.

Kolar, no more exploring in the couch!
OH wow!!! That is SOOOOOO appropriate!!!
That is hilarious- those cartoons had me cracking up! Just like little Kolar!
/ Thankfully, the little fluffball hasn't tried getting into the couch again since he got stuck
I'm sooooo glad he wasn't hurt! We always check it for the animals,...but he's so small i guess we didn't even see him.
