For the past two months or so..my girlfriend and I have been searching for a few new kittens to bring home. However, it's turned into a much harder task than we both imagined. We've checked newspapers daily, called vets around town, and even checked the myspace classifieds, numerous times..but no one seems to have any kittens to share. This comes off extremely odd to me, because any other time the papers are flooded with free kittens. My mother seems to have a theory that it's just "that time of year" and that when March rolls around, we'll have more luck with it. So I'm guessing my questions are..is there any truth to that? Is my problem the result of bad timing? Also..I'm not sure what the rules are for air mailing kittens (haha)..but if any of you have a few you're wanting to give away..we're pretty much one of the best homes out there..so gimme a buzz.

*side note. This is my girlfriends account, and my name isn't britt. (haha..again :])
