I got a laugh out of that as well.
Though I think the cops in this situation were just as stupid.
Why charge the second guy, the first guy volunteered to do the stunt and is an adult.

I don't honestly see the point in prosecuting the guy who sprayed the lighter fluid though, from what I can see they were both drunk and egging each other on, and the guy who got burnt has said as much. Very stupid behaviour but it was only the two of them involved and there wasn't any element of coersion, I can't see the benefit of a prosecution at all
