Hi there,
Currently I am feeding my cat with dry food but I want to move to raw & canned food mixture. However, my cat is alergic to chicken. Lamb & beef is also quite expensive. In the supermarket's butcher section there are many different parts of the animal, there is one called "bony meats" or something which is very cheap like 2 dollars per lbs. I know this is not very directory but if its not full of fats, is it okay to feed this to Kürşat?

According to what I've heard.. cats actually are fine eating bones. They need, though, to eat bones that are soft and breakable, and it's suggested they eat skin and cartilage as well.

Let me get the websites for you.. www.catnutrition.org is overall a good reference for raw diet and supplies, etc. If you're going for the "off the bone" ideas, though.. take a look at this one: http://rawfed.com/myths/cats.html and then this one: http://www.rawfedcats.org/

I've found these to be very resourceful.
