I've never been impressed with Kellie Pickler. Yeah, her song is catchy but I definitely think there are MUCH better new artists than her! Her being an idiot may be endearing, whether real or an act, to some, but to me it's just annoying.
And her new look is just bad, IMO. But maybe she's hoping the new "shoes" will distract from that awful hair!

Speaking as a petite woman (5'2") with a large pair of.....shoes......myself.....I don't understand the urge to have them. I guess if I had small.....shoes......it'd be a different story.
