I'm glad Im not drinking this tea for no reason!
I love green tea and just had a cup of jasmine green tea today - it was lovely.

I have heard that white tea is similar to green tea, just has more properties. I like it anyway.

Green is best hot, with honey. Definitely add honey the first time you try it. It's a completely different taste than the black tea you're used to, especially if you drink a lot of sweet tea.

Thanks for telling me, I drink sweet tea, but not a whole lot lately.

I will try it though.

I drink green tea all day at work. Maybe it takes time for some to get used to the taste, but I love it.

BTW, does anyone else here drink yerba mate?

That doesn't explain why I continued to age AND gained 40 pounds when I was drinking green tea. Oh - and my blood pressure rose, too.


I've gone back to coffee - it works much better at suppressing my appetite.
And tastes better, too.
