a friend of mine bought my cats a catnip bubble blower and my cats are so scared of the bubbles.
so I am going to take it to the shelter where I volunteer and play with the cats with the bubbles. the only thing I don't like about it is that the bubbles turn into goo onto the cats.
does anyone know what I am talking about? You blow bubbles for your cats and they smell like catnip.

hehe, I wish mine weren't scared of them.
that's why I am taking them to the shelter where I volunteer to entertain the kitties there, hopefully they're not afraid of them.

I have always loved entertaining my cat with bubbles but they leave soap residue wherever they fall. I went to your provided link and see that they claim that their's is different. I wonder. Anyway, I used plain old kids bubble blowers that you can get like a quart of at the dollar store. Bubbles are fun for cats but I doubt whether catnip scent in the bubble would have anything to do with anything. My concern is still the stains they leave in the house despite the site saying it will not spot
.

Yeah, I was blowing some bubbles by Miagi and the whole couch got bubbles all over and there is goo all over.

The bubbles were not a big hit with my cats. But my dog loves them!

I tried them with Cleo while she was outside on her leash. She actually seemed to enjoy stalking and jumping on the bubbles. I couldn't smell anything remotely like catnip...maybe she could, but I sort of doubt it. I tried it in the kitchen with Maggie and Lola. Maggie (of course) was scared of them and ran down in the basement. Lola watched them float around, but didn't really respond to them. Cleo played with them inside too, but not as much as outside. I had to mop the kitchen floor when we were done, because of the sticky residue. I'll have to get them out and try them again!

My dog loves catnip bubbles.

The cats just look at me like I'm off in the head when I get them out.

Jaffa loves these. Funny thing is when I bought some a few years ago neither he nor his brother Magpie bothered with them. I bought some more when I got Mosi to see if he liked them and Jaffa went crazy for them. He loves to pounce on them and it's really funny watching him waggle his bum and get ready to pounce only for the bubble to disappear in front of his eyes.
