Yes, it`s true! But why?!

He is neutered and I understand that neutered cats still produce testosterone in small quantities but why does he only do it on my leg or my duvet?

He actually waits for me in the hall while Im getting ready for bed then when I get in to bed, up he jumps. Sometimes he just lays down and goes to sleep but 8/10 times he straddles my leg and away he goes!

If I push him off he gets angry and has a sulk. Then he just comes back when Im asleep and has his wicked way then. He often wakes me up in the night doing it.

Do you think he needs to see a shrink?!

How long ago was he neutered? There is a remote possiblity that he could have a hidden testicle or piece of tissue remaining that is producing the hormones.

I dont actually know as he was already done when I got him as a stray.
The vet thinks he is 4 -5 years old now and I have had him nearly three years.

The way you worded that is hilarious.

Either it's a failed neutering or your kitty really really likes you.
All I can suggest (besides checking with a vet).. is to cover up with the blankets at night.
