For the past week my cat's poo has been kind of loose. Not exactly diahrea but close. She eats well and drinks lots of water during the day. I recently changed her and her kittens cat food(gradually, of course). Her kittens are ok, though. Do you think changing her food has something to do with this? I would appreciate any help. Thanks

Loose stool can be caused by over 25 things. The food change may have done it, but you may want to see about having a fecal done if it lasts for more than a few days. If the intestines or bowels are inflamed at all, it can cause loose stool. If you would like something you can do at home, for 24 to 48 hours put her in a seperate room and make sure she only gets clear liquid. You can give her chicken or beef broth as long as there isn't any garlic or onion powder in it. It will give her system a break and the inflamation should go down and then you gradually introduce the food back to her in 3 to 4 small meals a day for a day or 2.
