Yes, we monitor Evie for eye gookies, too. My boyfriend is addicted to keeping her sparkling clean, so luckily I very seldom get the chance!

Unfortunately, she still hates the activity- she'll warm up to it eventually, we hope!

I usually only have to rub eye crusties away every once in awhile. Everything else stays pretty clean.

Wickett is pretty clean usually but if I notice a big eye booger I'll get it. Matt yells at me cuz he thinks it's just an excuse for me to "pick" but I think Frankie likes it cuz she doesn't seem to always get them on her own and one of her eyes is worse than the other. Their noses have never been an issue but I'd wipe those too if needed. I also check their ears occasionally. They are both indoor cats but ya never know.

i do. mostly it's nabu who gets eye boogies. he's a funny cat. he's never been into cleaning himself like a lot of cats do. so it's a good thing he has 2 kitties to help him stay clean.
plus me to clean his eye boogies and the litter pieces off of his nose.

wednesday night (about 2am) he knocked over the water bowl, soaked himself in water, then went to the litterbox. he didn't even make an attempt to groom himself. and guess where he went next? that's right...my pillow.
it's a good thing he's cute.
all in a day of living with nabu...

Nacho and Orion will sometimes get some black crud in their noses, but I just pick that out too.
Pipsqueek is my "male" cat. He doesn't groom himself, he's always got dirty eyes and a dirty nose and he farts. The vet showed me how to clean eyes, nose and ears.

Frantic jumps up on the bathroom sink every morning for some lovin, get his eyes wiped off, and then I run the water for him to get a nice cold drink.

Thankyou so much for posting this. I do it everyday too. I like Our Boy Ruben to look handsome. I thought I might be an annoying owner! Now I am proud to be a responsible owner.

Yep, if there is stuff that does not belong there I will wipe it away.  It does not happen often but I'm there with saline solution and cotton ball whisking it away when I see it
