Well, for now, I had to give up one day a week, so my pay will be short one day, but I still have a job........thanks guys.......it could be so much worse.
Your vibes have helped again......... I have to look at it this way! Now I have Mondays off!! 3 day weekends every week!

Well... that's not as bad as it could have been! You still have a job, and now you have a three day weekend! Is it possible you could find some side work to make up the pay difference?

I am glad it wasn't too bad and 3 day weekends are fun, at least you didn't get stuck with a Wednesday off or something.
Can you look into something else to do on that day?

Ohh.. a dog walking busness isn't that hard to start, AND you can get exersise doing it too!

Thats a good idea Susie! I'm so glad to hear that you only got 1 day a week cut... it could have been so much worse

It's not the best news ever, but it could be a lot worse

The charity I work for can't afford full time staff, so I only do 25 hours a week, I used to be full time. The unfortunate thing about it is that I have to do 5 hours a day monday to friday. I would much rather have a 3 day weekend though! I like the idea of dogwalking on your extra day off, a bit of cash in your pocket for doing it, and get to enjoy the company of other people's dogs in the fresh air.

Glad it wasn't so bad Susie! I know how much you hate Mondays anyway!

Susie Zoie would love that I'm glad you still have a job Susie and if you need to I guess you can use that day off to see if you can find a better job.. Hope your ok though

It sounded like everything came out ok, not great, but not bad. As to the dog walking, I don't know about doing it with the snow storms you've been having lately.
