New health regimen starting tomorrow!! EEP!

So, I have decided that starting tomorrow (one month from my trip back home), I will be starting a new health freak regimen...

I already go to the gym religiously, so this will be an overhaul on my diet..I have been slacking lately..Just last night I bought another 4 pack of aero bars

I realized I can't start a regimen with 4 aero bars in my house, so I brought them into work so the ladies here can have at them

Anyway, wish me luck..my goal is to try and get nice and svelte for the peeps back home..You gotta look hot when you see people from your past...right?

Best of luck sweetie. I have been saying I was going to start that, and exercising and well.......... Still havent yet!! But with this nice weather, its getting me in the mood.

I hope you suceed in what you are trying to do Nat, you just gotta decide to do it.

I do try and do my walking, this is to make my bones stronger, it has helped me to lose a few pounds though and maybe a few inches.

I do not try and diet though, but I am trying to eat a little healthier.

Good luck with the diet overhaul. I did something similar recently, and although at first it was a pain, especially adjusting to smaller portions, I seem to keep full longer. I've eaten a lot of baby carrots, though. If I'm not careful I'm going to turn orange

I read somewheres too that it is better for you to eat six small meals a day instead of three big ones. It is supposed to keep you fuller.

Just make sure your getting enough fuel in ya to keep up with your schedule...its all about balance..but I know you know that

OMG, I am nervous to not eat those chocolate bars that are waiting for me at work...eeeeeeeeeeep!
