Does anyone know how to get a childs birth certificate changed. My partner is having trouble with the mother of his child. she has become really nasty and trying to deny him seeing his son. They've come to an amicable agreement... kind of... that he can see his son on a sunday (without me because I apparently threatened her very fragile ego!), and she will arrange visitation order but my partner is not on his son's birth cert as the named father and in order for us to claim parental responsibility we need his name on that birth certificate first.

Can anyone help with information. she has agreed to look into it and do it but we don't trust her.

Sadly she's gone one step too far and tried this too often! She will get what she deserves! Her threats no longer scare my partner. I am so proud that he is finally fighting her back!

I've logged a formal charge at the local police station for harrasment. she'll get arrested and taken in for questioning now! Revenge is sooo bitter sweet! Especially when she threatened to "send her father round... for a cup of tea!)

should be able to give you the name of a solicitor specialising in child care.
You need one that knows what they are doing.

She'll tire herself out in the end believe me because i've been where you are now when theres an ex partner in the background.

If only they could see that their just wasting their energy and move on!.
