Would you like a promotion at your job or are you happy with what you are doing?

I retired recently but I was ok with what I was doing at my last job.

How about a new job? period. I would want neither.

Nah, I see the stress my boss gets and know how little extra he earns

nope, I like being a peon with no decision making pressure plus, management is non-union here, with the way things are right now, I don't want to lose what little protection our union offers

Yup. I'm in management right now (though I don't manage employees) and while I like having an input on things, I just hate having to play the political butt-kissing game.

Right now, I'm happy with where I'm at. I just got a promotion last year, though, and I'm still learning. I feel like it's always important to keep learning and growing, though, so I hope I'll get another promotion when the time's right.

I am happy doing what I am doing though sometimes as with any job you just want to strangle the people you work with!

I am retired. I loved my job, and wish I was still there.

I love my job I'm only hoping it's made permanent soon so I don't have to worry about finances

That's great that you loved your job. What did you retire from?

I'd be happy to take the pay increase but NOT the increased workload that comes with a promotion.

I'd like a payraise! But no more responsibility. I have enough!

I am happy with what I am doing, I love my job, (sometimes) and I love what I do. I take care of kids and I am able to spoil them all I want.

I get promotions without a pay increase all the time There is no where else to go in my office..just more work to do.

Already in management, and don't want to go any higher! I'm looking forward to retirement in the next couple of years.

I'd love a promotion to get out of what I'm doing now. It's just a pain.

I still love the company over all though.

I dont care about a promotion, I just need a raise!
