A Female cat not had kittens

I know a female cat is called a Queen but apparently there is a name for a female cat that has had no kittens asked by the plumber this morning.

I have searched all various websites and have found yours which I have found really interesting - have learnt a great deal this morning.

Back to the plot - does anybody know the answer to this.

A queen is a fertile female cat w/ or w/o kittens. There are also the terms - "dam" and "doe cat" which are general for female cats.

If she's not been spayed and never had kittens, then she would be called a "maiden queen".

Don't you just!. I just thought a female was a queen.
