I got my honey sticks/straws yesterday and I just placed an order for another 100

I sure hope they aren't too fattening

The good part is, they've really curved the urge to smoke. I've cut back alot just since yesterday

Maybe I'll just give up smoking and take up honey sticks

I don't know the calorie count of the honey sticks, but they sure are better for you than the cigs...Congrats on your first day.

Well I did find this info on it

A tablespoon of table sugar has 64 calories while a tablespoon of honey contains water so that it has only 46

Fighting for ferals in NW NJ!
CONGRATULATIONS on cutting down! A friend of ours successfully stayed quit by chewing/sucking on regular (empty) straws that he cut up into thirds. Not quite as tasty..... ! (BTW - we LOVE those honey straws, and often use them in tea.

They are much much better for you that smoking. Just make sure you do something to burn some extra calories every day or else those honey sticks will stick to you thighs!!

Oh they are sooooo good!

I got them off ebay. $15 (with shipping included) for 100 of them and they have EVERY different flavor there is!
Watermelon, Chocolate and Raspberry are my favorite so far

Honey sticks contain about 20 calories each. It is a natural sugar that is processed as a carbohydrate so if you ingest too much you will probably find yourself being tired more often. Also there is a connection with long term ingestion of too much sugar and diabetes, not to mention tooth decay, so that's something else to keep in mind.
