The landlord...

My Landlord was in yesterday re-chauking the tub because I had put in a work oder. He left me a note which reads and I quote

"Re-Chauked the tub, pet the kitty Really tiny eh? hahaha"

I laughed my arse off the whole evening. Any of you who havn't met Duke, he is a 25lb ball of fur that LOVES people so he walks up to them and goes meow, meow, meow until they pet him.

Oh yeah, real little kitty! I take it your landlord doesn't mind you having kitties?? That's wonderful!

Oh the landlord is great, Cats, dogs, Birds, Rodents, Snakes... as long as you keep it in your apartment or walk it outside on a leash they are fine with them. I actually live in a building owned by a land holding company. The only way you can be evicted because of your pet is for excess noise or for not cleaning up after them (property damage)

Well, that's great. There ought to be more lenient landlords like that!

He is adorable! What a big, sweet baby boy!

That's so great that your landlord has such a wonderful attitude toward pets...they should all be so understanding.
