I love Rap Cat.
Well, since most cats love bags, just put the bag on the floor and the kitty will find their way inside it on their own
That's one way out of a felony (or is that "feliney") charge, hehe
Kitters thinks it should be illegal, cept when she had the two bouts of yanking all her fur out and had to wear her 'jammies'! Then it was medically necessary!

We had a cat come into the shelter, picked up as a stray, wearing a coat and a little bowtie collar.
We figured that's why he ran away and no one really blames him.

I know someone who made a video of her ragdoll in one of those bags. It was walking funny, but purring, eating, and she'd made a slit down the side. It was far looser than it looked. I fail to see how this is a felony-worthy issue in a world where much worse things are done to animals on a daily basis.
