Awww the cutest thing just happened! I walked into the bedroom to put away my nailpolish when i saw a little lump under the covers moving around. It was Kolar my foster kitten
It was too adorable! He was playing "blanket monsters" lol. That's the first time i've seen him do that before
I told him he was lucky the dogs were in the living room asleep- Fosters likes to hunt "blanket monsters"
He's sooo cute! He will "attack" our feet/ legs/bodies when we're sleeping if we move weird. He'll pounce us and gently "attack us" to protect us from those evil blanket monsters
Kolar is lucky Fosters didn't try to "hunt" him

Awww! He was playing all by himself and wondering when the blanket monster was going to come by. He was ready and waiting! hehe

I have never played blanket monsters with my kitties because I have a waterbed and I don't encourage them to be under the covers even though I keep their nails cut short.

In my home that game is pretty popular! To prove it, I have a few torn bedsheets and shredded mattresses. Pillows seem to be out of danger though.

I used to have a water bed years ago! It finally busted beyond repair one day when my wolf mix was playing and jumped on it- it had been around for years though so it finally just kicked the bucket
(it was not plesant to clean up!) After that I got a regular bed. I still miss the "waves" from my old water bed every now and then! They are soo much fun to sleep on! Velvet was the only kitty i had at the time when i had my waterbed- she never messed with it- but the dog did it in

Singa will play and hide underneath one of my rugs sometimes. If I don't see her around for longer than 30 min I go looking were she could be... the first time I saw this hump underneath the rug and I checked, I saw her peaking out, I couldn't hold back the laughter... so adorable

Singa has stopped playing blanket monster, but Soleil is all game

That's the only time my babies play that game any more, when I'm changing the bed or making it. I miss it!
Kolar sounds so precious!!
