I would like to find one of the black light torches mentioned by a number of people on the forums. My vet tells me that they get theirs from a vet supply agency and that they cannot order me one. Is it just plain old ultra violet light we used to have in our hippy period?

Also, I saw on an old BBC Prime show on vet treatments that there is something called "worming paste" which is attractive to cats and dogs. There is no trouble worming dogs -- they will gobble everything put in front of them with a bit of canned dog food. But cats react very badly to pills -- it is impossible to put one down their throat without someone else to do the holding down -- and at least my cats will not take worm pills in food either crushed of whole. They clearly hate the taste. Has anyone had experience with worming paste? Is it only available in the States and Britain? If we don't have it in Israel, is there an internet site that might ship it?

Many thanks in advance...

Yes, you can use a plain old UV light. I have a fleurescent one (the long bar kind) that I've used. It's the same one you probably had in "the good ole days"

Many thanks to both Myste and Sandie for so prompt a reply. I will check the trade names given and also confidently get an ultra violet flourescent light.

Love and Peace,
