Imagine this...

It's 12am and you've had a rough day at work and you come home to pack up your tiny apartment for a move that is going to take place this weekend. After you get all your stuff in boxes you fall into bed hoping that you can get some sleep. It is at that moment you hear it. It sounds like a rumble, but you are so tired you can't place the noise. Then... you feel it. 12 paws hit your head, 10 that have claws. It shakes you to your core. You then hear it again, but aren't fast enough to dive under the sheets to avoid it. Yep, 12 paws again. All on your head.

Apparently, Canadian geese have made it back to Ohio and the boys decided to chase one from window to window.

It's nice to know they are all getting along.

EDIT: Please note the time stamp on my post. I can't fall back asleep.

Awwww.... At least they're all getting along, right? Hopefully that is some small comfort!!!

Right now it's a tiny comfort. The three of them are looking at me like, "What Mom? It was a goose. We had to chase it."

Awww Heather They just wanted to protect their mommy from those evil geese (and believe me those things can be evil! I got attacked by one once- not plesant!)

They are mean aren't they? I mean they fly down from Canada, toddle around my apartment complex and hiss at me! If you don't like Ohio so much go back up North where there is free health care and better beer!

haha yea that.. just ignore the little paws prints on your head.
but they needed to come to ohio to get in to a see the doctor, up there they had to wait 6 months to see the Goose doc,

but yea they do have much better beer

Oh dear, someone's going to be a cranky pants tomorrow!!!

It's great they're getting on though!! Obviously today went well

Yes, they are getting along!! Just think of the stampedes you'll have in the bigger apartment!

Hmmm, I know how the stampede feels with 4 paws..and sometimes it hurts..I can't imagine 12 paws!!

I bet there excuse is they where protecting you I wish I had seen that site LOL.

Ow that must have been painful. Having one little kitten land on your head and launch off again complete with digging in of rear claws is painful enough (I swear I clip his claws and by the next day they have grown back into daggers again) I can't imagine having 3 adults do it

Those dang Canada Geese - how dare they tease your kitties!

They are a nuisance aren't they? I had one attack my car on a sideroad one time. I guess her nest was near the roadway and she literally flew up on my hood and gave me whatfor!

I can just picture the kitties galloping through from window to window.

I know about the stampede of paws, I get it every morning when I get home and try to go to sleep. But i love it, it is just the girls playing. . I would not be able to fathom 12 paws though, ouchhhhhhhh.

I am so happy to hear they are hunting and chasing geese so happily together. They sure accepted each other quickly awwwwwwwww

Poor Heather..........the hazards of being kitty meowmies!!

I should see this as a good thing, but at 12am it's a bit much.

I am glad that they are getting along though. It makes me happy.
