ANyone savvy with this sort of thing?

I have a sony cyber shot digital camera that makes movies. I'm just not smart enough to know how to get hte video onto my computer. I know I did it before but cant' remember HOW and my book for this camera is boxed away somewhere.

Anyone? Help?

same way you do the pics, once you hook up the usb cable.
you should be able to explore the pics and video on the camera.
then just drag them over to the pc/

Okay I have them viewing on windows media player. However I don't see how to save them. I guess I'm not very technology minded.

I got two videos uploaded to youtube BUT they are very pixelated.. I think that's the word to use. The quality is not good. I have NO idea how to fix it either. Any idea?

The quality will come from the video (or compression)

You could try viewing them smaller then they will be clearer, youtube videos are never great viewed full screen size etc

I'm having a similar problem y'all. I took several short videos with my Fuji FinePix A330. I downloaded them along with pics I'd taken...however when I went to view them, only the pics were there
I will mention here too that I don't use a usb cable to upload my pics, I insert the memory card into the slot on my tower and that's all there is to it. Not sure what happened to the videos though...

With the fuji software it only brings up photos for some reason.

Put the card in the slot, close the software box and go to my computer and click on the drive (mine always shows a fuji logo) and drag them from there to wherever you want to save to.

I forgot I posted in here! I got it figured out I think. I had these videos taken in a different format. They need to be in a certain one from what I've read. So I will be trying that very soon.
i have things to video this weekend.
