You Know You're A Crazy Cat Lady When...

*When you talk to your deaf cats
*when you buy things for the cats rather than new clothes for you
*when you look at furtnitue you try to deicde which color will hide the cat hair best, which "texture" would be the most comfy for sleeping, & which type of fabric would be easiest to get cat hair off of!
*when you walk into the vets office with your cat on a harness & leash...snapping your fingers calling "Damita, Damita, Damita, Damita, Meaty, Meaty, Damita, Damita, lovebug come here!"
*when you call the vet & he says "I was expecting your call"
*when the vet quits sending you reminders for check-ups & vaccinations cuz you've got an entire calendar devoted to those things
*when the cats have collars for each holiday/season
*when the cats collars & nail caps match
*when you quit trying to get cat hair off clothing, wearing it proudly

You're a crazy cat lady when you take your nieces shopping and instead of buying them toys you buy toys for their cat (and yours!)
I think I have turned my husband into a crazy cat man.... Last night we were laying in bed, and he is lay right in the middle of it. I told him to move over to his side. He responded with..."I can't. The cat is laying there. I don't want to move him" HAHAHAHA.... I think I've rubbed off too much...

It took awhile before DH would quit answering when I said (loudly and with enthusiasm) "WHERE'S BEANDIP?" ...it took him a long time to realize that it was my way of calling Beandip for dinner.

I bought 2 pet hair removers. I keep one in my car, and one in my desk. I use the one in the car as soon as I pull into the parking lot and then the one at the desk for the hairs that come off the coat as I walk.

Animal control knows you by name when they come to release the wild critters you have caught in your feral trap. (Do you know how scary a possum looks up close?)
You can't sleep or leave the house unless you do a head count.
You won't spend the night at a friend's unless you drive home FIRST to feed the cats, then go back. (Yup, done that)

some of mine:
...when you watch decorating shows and can immediately tell by the design if they have cats or not.
...if you choose your decorating style around what the cats would like, and what they won't destroy.
...when you think about your dream vacation, and scale it down because otherwise you'd be away from the cats for too long.
...when you are choosing between 2 almost equal houses to purchase, and the deciding factor is which one the cats would like better.
