How do you keep track....

I just remember the addicts...the more you post, the more likely I'll remember you.

Although there are some that just seem to spring up outta of the blue. You don't see many posts from them, but then suddenly they'll have a ton.

I have a good memory? I just try to pay attention cause I know it always makes me feel good when someone remembers something about me

I remember some peoples real names but not everyones. THe people who post a lot we tend to know a little better. But the lurkers are really hard to get to know. You get to know poeple in time just like IRL.

i feel this way alot lol sometimes i forget that there are other forums out there... i started recgonizing members by their siggys first then as you read more and more their individual personalities kinda comes through and you get to know who is who.... its early did that make sense?? lol

I do ok on the names of the ones who post a lot. However, I have brain damage where Brandi concerned. I have called her by her boyfriend's name and given her someone else's kid.

I tend to remember the ones who post a lot - maybe thats how people remember me but I dont always remember their 'real' names. I like to think I try harder with the newbies, I always remember how I felt when I 1st joined it was always brill to get some replies.........but it is hard work, I have to keep checking back to see if anyones added comments or maybe posted new photos.

The other thing that helps you with getting to know people are pm's.... You may not have much inter action with members through posting, but if you pm them, chances are they will remember your screen name, and will recognize your post/thread, and will respond more to you.....and in the end you will get to know more people better. I have pm'd a few people, and people have randomly pm'd me..... you get to know them that way.... and then, if I see a post by them, I make sure I go & comment, or give them feed back...

I don't remember peoples real names unless they have them in their sigs or people call them by their real name alot. Way too many to kepp track of. I usually don't PM people unless I have a link or something that could be helpfull to them...I usually don't even PM people on yahoo first unless I have talked to them for a while. I am shy.

I used to get Brandi and Kenz mixed up Throw Lauren in the mix and I would get them all mixed up like crazy.

When I first joined, those three were already here and I noticed them on alot and they were nice and close to my age..so I mixed them up.

Thats ok! My middle name is Lee so you aren't actually doing to bad! And Brandon is such a cutie pie I will claim him anyway! I think Laura might give him to me some days!

I don't post as much as the "regulars" (think Nat and Susie) but I do pretty good remembering everyone. I think it's the sigs and when someone changes theirs I get confused.

It got really bad when Karen was being mischievous and switched everyone's siggys.
