Because every now and then, he does something so sweet......

I came home to these today.....he said if he gave them to me on Valentines Day, I would have been expecting them........

That is the sweetest gift!! I would keep him too....

aww what lovely flowers , my partner forgot what day it was , and i still didnt get a card the next day lol. but thats him all over , i dont even get cards on birthdays or x mas lol and mothers day the kids make me one which i love best. men eh ?

But I'd be perfectly happy to get pretty flowers for half price as a surprise a few days after valentine's day then stupidly expensive roses ON valentines day!

Even if it's true, it was a lovely thing for him to do.


I found a card for hubby for Valentines' Day that says Happy Valentines Day from the Cat. It shows a cartoon cat trying to hack up a hairball - when you open it, the hairball is in the shape of a heart and says Happy Valentines' Day and I signed it from Bijou. He got a huge kick out of it.

Are you sure he doesn't have any brothers say 22-26 years old? Or is he for hire so he can come here and teach Lee to be that sweet?

That's really sweet sometimes they can be real sweet.

(when they start to fade- if you want to dry them...arrange them how you like then put a rubberband around the end of the stems. spray them with hairspray then hang them upside down to dry on a coathanger for a few days- works like a charm that or you can peel the petals off when the head of the roses gets soft (they should be firm to the touch right now if they're fresh) and make a potpouri out of them.)
