Decisions I need my baking people

I want to make some cookies but I already made two cakes. But I still want to make some cookies. And so I want to know what you think? The cookies call for making twists with them I guess they look like braids. And then you glaze them with eggs. And then you can put colored sugar on it but I don't have that. So what do you all think ? Cookies or atleast wait till in the morning.

I would say go ahead and finish the two cakes you already made before fixing anything else

What about adding a little food colouring to the egg glaze, if you don't have coloured sugar. Could be interesting! I'm no baker, but just a thought.

Or colour your own sugar...if you have food colouring that is.

If not...just wait! I've had to do this myself...waiting sux but its ok, you have two cakes to keep you company!

I am simply in a baking mood but problem is I am near the end of waiting on paycheck day so my baking goods are a bit low. If only I had some brown sugar or some kind of something so I could do some baking I don't even have icing or cocoa.
