Oh oh ME ME ME!
I just finished eating strawberry yogurt and it's not nearly enough. I've never actually had chocolate covered strawberries.

OMG They're soooooo good!!! Just go to the store and pick up your favorite fresh strawberries. Then get a bag of chocolate chips (any kind you like- you can find organic at health food stores, low sugar, you name it they make lots of different kinds.) Nuke the chocolate morsels in the microwave on high for 1 minute 30 seconds. Then stirr the chocolate. put it back in for 15 seconds then stir (keep doing this until it's melted.) - or you can cook it on LOW on a double boiler on top of the stove (i don't have a double boiler- so i used the microwave instead.) Rinse strawberries off in the sink then dry them with a papertowel before you dip them in the chocolate. Hold the top of the stem gently and dip it in the chocolate. Lay it to dry on a cookie sheet covered in wax paper. Once the chocolate is completly dry you can add other things to it if you like. I got a package of Betty Crocker's "Drizzlers" -it's this package of white chocolate- you put it in the microwave and then knead the package- then snip the top (it has a top like an icing bag does so you can apply it easily.) then i put that on the strawberries in little designs/shapes.
/ If you don't want to use the dribblers - you can melt a package of white chocolate chips the same way as the regular chocolate ones- and dip the strawberries in that so you have two different layers- you can go wild with um
They're yummy!! After you finishing dipping and icing the strawberries- set them in the fridge uncovered for 10 minutes for the chocolate to set. Then you're good to go- they're SOOOOOOOOOOOOOO yummy!
And depending on what you use for the chocolate and what kind- can be fairly healthy.

(oh and one bit of advice- try to keep the chocolate well stirred between strawberries so it doesn't cake up. if it does, you can dilute it with a tiny bit of milk (i used my lactaid milk in it) then nuke it in the microwave for a few more seconds and stir
) 1 package of chocolate chips will be enough to dip one container of strawberries.

It's soo yummy! If you don't like white chocolate - you could do dark chocolate and milk chocolate instead
