Lately since I have been home and I'm sleeping later in the day I have been having trouble going to sleep at my normal time. So I tried cutting my Pepsi off at a certain time.. That didn't work. Now tonight.. I tried doing sit ups in bed to make me "tired" though all that succeeded in doing was hurt my abs and get my heart pumping.. Which is all well and good for loosing weight but I wanna sleep! I guess I'll try to bore myself to sleep with the internet.
