What do they mean? And why can't I find anyone else with a red dot? What does mean?! ho ho ho ... ho?

they usually mean that the person is online if it is green
well I know when they're green that means they're online, red I have no idea, and gray means they're not online.... or if they're gray and they just posted, that means they're on invisible mode
Your own dot shows up as red if you are in invisible mode.
