My dsl is acting up

Ever since Hurricane Katrina, my dsl acts up when ever it is raining real bad, and it has kicked me off about 3 times already this morning.

So if I am here and then I am not here, that is what happened to me.

Well, sometimes I wonder if you are there at all...
