Nerm is the first to enter

Fred wants to know what it's all about

Fred starts to take over

Fred gets the house all to himself! Typical!

Now my only fear is that one of them will think it's a new covered litter box?!

They never have used it as a litter box? What a disapointment that would be! My boyfriend pointed out this potential when I brought it home and set it up tonight.

No, they haven't. They sleep in it and play in it, they use it for what its intended for!

Nermie started scratching in one of the corners, which heightened my worry! I put a little towel in there so they hopefully get the idea it's a bed/play house.

I can just see what's going through their minds. Mom put a litter box in the living room like we always wanted! HOORAY. She just forgot litter!

awe what cuties, and i have a tent similar to that and i also have a tunnel and well all the cats love them, and no one has gone to the bathroom in them
they like to sleep in it and play or just watch what the others are doing, but I think it was a good investment

Maybe it will be my best $14 ever spent!
.... Or my worst. We'll see in the A.M.

Ikea is definitely good for some things

Here is what I got for my cat for a few bucks that keeps her totally entertained

I made a little video:

She is playing so much with that thing that I may need a new one soon

Very funny video!
Did you get that Ikea? Is it for kids storage and you took the fabric shelves out?

yeah, it is some sort of storage. I just made big cuts in the shelves.

we have one, too. i got it when i had Pixel & Mouse, & neither of them was the least bit interested in it. Cable played with the mouse hanging from the ceiling until it came off, then she was thru with it, too. but Java loves it, & gets in it often.

I don't think mine came with a mouse hanging from the cieling! I'll have to check for it. Or did you attach one?

Mine came with a thing like that too, the boys love it! We have 2 tents that velcro together, they are the best!

AHHH this made me totally excited. I want that tent so badly for my little ones (even though I have no idea where I would put it). Unfortunately it's not available for ordering through the Ikea website. Drat this living in an Ikea-free province!
