I've been out of touch for a while, my husband's been in the hospital. Debby, how is the baby? Are there any more pictures to see? Also, I didn't hear, did you find your dog? I hope so. I've thought about you at various times while sitting around the hospital. Blessed be sweetling.

Dee! Thank you so very much for asking!! Amber is doing great! I worry about her alot, though, that she is eating enough, etc...but she seems to be very healthy. I never did find my dog.
I think either she got hit or someone stole her, (she was a purebreed).

I am sorry to hear your husband has been in the hospital. I hope everything is alright with him now.

I am picking up some more pictures today that I had put on a disk, so I will have pictures of Amber to share later tonight or tomorrow.

That was so sweet of you to ask!!!!

I have to go back to work Monday, after all this time off for maternity leave, and am dreading leaving her with someone else for 10 hours a day.
I cry everytime I think of it, I will miss out on so much of her life, but I really have to go back....I weighed all my options (which weren't many) and really must return to owrk, for now anyway. Maybe I will still find a stay at home job I can do or some children to watch in my home so I can quit working down the road. Keep your fingers crossed!

Hope your husband is feeling much better!!!

Debby Sweetling,
Please don't continue to feel so bad. Amber will do fine. Unfortunately the decision you've had to make has been made by many, many first time mothers in today's world. Don't concentrate on the things that you will miss, concentrate on all the things you will share with Amber as time goes by. There will be much more than you think. Just take each day as it comes and make sure that time you are able to spend with her is "quality" time. If you feel sad and guilty she will pick up those feelings from you but won't understand the whys of them. Concentrate on the joy that she is. It will all work out even though it doesn't seem possible now. My prayers are with you.

I'm so sorry about your dog. Its so hard not to know what happened. If she did get hit then she will be at Rainbow Bridge waiting for you. If someone stole her then I hope that person has the worst luck in his/her life for the rest of his/her life and may they never know another peaceful moment. (I am not a nice person when it comes to any type of abuse of children or animals.) I will say prayers that if she cannot come home then you will eventually find out what happened and will have peace of mind.
Blessed be Debby. I will be thinking about you.
