I wanna eat snack foods all the time, and I always eat something before I go to bed at night, otherwise I will get hungry and I won't be able to sleep.

I snack at work mostly! Either out of booredome, frustration, sleepyness...etc! I'm much better about it at home.

Like now. I've ate a spoonful of honey, a bowl of soup. 2 day old chicken. And I'm still hungry. I told hubby to pick me up some fruit when he gets done with his eye doc.
At the mo, my snacking habits are about 7pm, usually chocolate...........did I mention I luurrvvve chocolate...my excuse....its ADDICTIVE

Always in the evening too, something about that bewitching hour between 9 - 10 p.m. I keep plenty of fruit on hand as a healthy option but when I get a craving it's never for fruit!
My chocolate craving comes after dinner. If I can't find anything chocolate to eat I head straight to a bag of semi-sweet chocolate chips I keep on hand for baking.

I can't be the only one who gets the occassional munchines for things that are definitely less than nutritious. So lately i've been getting healthy snacks and stocking up on those. I was wondering when everyone else gets their cravings for snack food. When do you crave "junk food" the most??? For me- it's DEFINITELY at night time. I always get cravings for something to snack on at night.
For me it's afternoons at work when I'm stressed. I'm actually a lot better about snacking at home than I used to be. The problem is at work there's a vending machine!!!
Well I'm snacking now-but I needed salt BADLY!!! (I should have just licked my truck!! (GROSS I KNOW) I'll snack mid afternoon or about 10:30 in the morning. Usually when I'm done eating dinner I won't eat any more (drink perhaps) but not eat.
