When do you snack food the most???

I can't be the only one who gets the occassional munchines for things that are definitely less than nutritious. So lately i've been getting healthy snacks and stocking up on those. I was wondering when everyone else gets their cravings for snack food. When do you crave "junk food" the most??? For me- it's DEFINITELY at night time. I always get cravings for something to snack on at night.

Ummm...whenever I open a book to do homework, I get the munchies! Oddly enough, I've lost weight since starting school..... lately I've been going for Potato Chips, Pringles, & Fritos.

I admire your honesty

I go to an "alternate" school so we have really weird hours. So I usually snack around 10 am to noon, and around this time of night. I'm a horrible eater so basically every waking hour for me is snack time.

Someone should REALLY stop me! I've started two food threads in the past ten minutes

always at night, really late nite too usually after 1 am and if i am still up at 5 am then i get cravings then too last night i just took my bag of pretzel nibblers to my room because i was doign school work all night and well the cravings where coming and i knew it

Not so much at night- but actually more-so in the afternoons

I don't mind all the food threads, Aunt Flo is here in town for the weekend so I'm going to eat enough food to feed a small town. (TMI, much?)

Never get a chance through the day - normally end up working straight through my morning, lunch and afternoon breaks, so usually end up snacking on fruit at my desk (less messy that biscuits and crisps and doesn't get in my keyboard!!)

Get home shattered and eat anything that doesn't eat my first!!!

(...............Waiting for all the motherly types to tell me that this isn't healthy!!! )

well i really shouldnt wonder why i put on two kilos when aunt flow is about to come, last week i had a Hamburger royal TS, 3 cheese burgers, fries and a coke from mc donalds, and usually i never make it to eat more than two cheeseburgers!

But in the last 3 days all ive been craving is fruit!

Mornings- in fact I think I'll get a candy bar with my newspaper

I have no problem not snacking during the daytime, I do very good during those hours. It's the nighttime always for me, especially late at night, the worse time to snack. I must always have my midnight snack of something sweet, I'm terrible. I just can't stop this! Sometimes when Sash is waking me up at 4 or 5am I'll sneak downstairs if I feel hungry and have a few more bites of a doughnut or something.

Been there, done that, will do it again and again and again...

Definitely evenings for me, I do so good all day but evenings are my downfall
