As you can see we don't have much for snow either. I have not rode the thing on a trail in 2 years now. The only place to ride is on a lake, I like to take it to radar/speed runs on the lake. They make a smooth 1000ft track and you ran as fast as you can and they record the speed with a police radar gun. The one with the fastest speed in the class wins. I hit 93mph in 1000ft from a standing start last winter. Some of the big mod sleds will do over 140mph in 1000 ft, to fast for me. A honest 93 mph is moving dam fast as far as I am concerned.
We are getting a bunch of snow as I write this, blasted tonight and again Saturday night.
12 to 14" they say when all done, but it is also supposed to get windy and near blizzard conditions so all the snow will end up in the low spots and the trails in open fields probably will still be almost bare.
Well we got about 6 to 8" of snow last night and we have a blizzard warning for tonight and Sunday, They are saying we could get up to 14" more before its all done. Kinda late in the season but I will take it.
Problem is I live in town and to ride the sled I have to haul it out of town so I have to wait till they get the roads cleaned up so I can find a place to unload it and get to the trails or I would have rode it today.
