I think we just had a weather holiday, but it is back again. for the weather folks!

It's raining here, but it's going to turn cold tonight My new reading specs are in so i'll pick those up tomorrow after i've been into town

I fancy something nice for tea tonight so i might stop off for some crispy chicken in a sweet chilli sauce to take home

I watched the weather this morning because they were highlighting Wales again and i thought of him straight away, poor man Hey but Lois!, don't worry he can make loads of snowmen to keep himself occupied

It is raining here too, again, I am beginning to hate this rain

Meetings all morning and paperwork all afternoon is about all I have planned for today

Our forecast definitely doesn't mention blue skies!

dont hate it too much because we would love some rain here - we are desperate for rain. The government is starting to talk about recycling water Wish this drought would end!

anyway, its almost 11pm friday night here. guess I should go to bed

Its FRIDAY!! I am so glad. This week has been really long and slow. It is supposed to rain on and off here so I am sure today will drag by too.

Tucson is STILL going to be in the 70s and sunny I haven't turned on the heat, for the past 4 nights.

Both my paycheck and Federal tax refund have been deposited and my savings account looks positively healthy.

Downside: I have to work today and tomorrow

We are on a warming trend as it was only -1F (-15 windchill) this morning. Felt "warm" when I ran out to get the newspaper this am!!

Have to do some housecleaning/laundry today as we won't be around much this weekend.

Tomorrow the old farmhouse is getting burned down and then Sunday going to Madison,WI for garden expo!! We have to squeeze in a couple of hospital visits too.

Afternoon

A little on the late side today as I decided to try a part day at work. I didn't manage too badly, but the journey just about had me asleep before I arrived!

Bumped into an old Uni friend though, which was a nice surprise!

Now I'm just resting so that I can be okay enough to do some more moving over the weekend - hopefully the rain eases up for us!

By the way, Susan, the snow absolutely missed us in Manchester! *touch wood*

Well, I am off today, going to be heading out to my sisters to spend some family time with mt family..My mom is down for a visit, and its my neices b-day, so it should be good!!

I won't be around much in the next 2 days though...don't miss me too much
