Two tablespoons of low fat cream cheese and soften it, and pour about 3 tablespoones of roasted raspberry chipotle over it and I'm spreading it on Ritz crackers.

Flavor heaven

I'm not sure I can stop

Ooo, I tried something like that at the grocery store yesterday. They were giving out samples...yummy! I think they used brie though...

I was just craving something like this earlier today. At a local restaurant in the town we used to live in, they had something like a jalapeno popper (jalpeno bits and cream cheese, fried (I guess), if you didn't know ) in stick form and then they served it with a rasberry jelly. I'm sure it wasn't something that was exclusive to them, but it was delicious. Where did you find the roasted rasberry chipolte?

Chipotle is a certain type of pepper used in Mexican seasonings. They are smoke-dried, usually jalapeños. It's a faddy flavor here in the states right now.

I found it at Costco (like most everything I find) 2, 40 ounce bottle for $13.
Chipotle is as Godiva said, smoke dried peppers that have then been roasted.

I knew I'd love this stuff though as I'm a huge fan of jalapeno jelly.
I like the sweet hot combo.
