Anna Nicole Smith Dies in Florida - Page 2

My question is why is the mdeia assumeing it was drugs even through they found nothing in her system. They are saying that the nurse did not preform CPR the body guard did, when the nurse and the body guard are the same person. Why are they continuing to speculate the cause when we won't know for weeks. Why can't they leave well enough alone and come back to it when they have real news. I'm really getting tired of hearing the same things every day. News media, learn patience, the facts will come, move on to a new news topic PLEASE!!

Because that is what the media does, they ASSUME and run with it.

Responsible journalism is a thing of the very distant past IMO.

I heard the 911 tape, holy cow, it sounded like someone leisurely ordering dinner.

The whole thing is beyond belief. When I first heard it I thought it was a ploy and that she wasn't dead. How sad! Then that BF of hers... people are saying he murdered her son and maybe her too!!! I didnt' think so til I started reading other articles. Really does NOT sound good!

I didn't like Anna Nichol... but this is really sad and shouldn't have happened.

This has gotten WAYYYY too much attention. Last night, MSNBC devoted one whole HOUR to this mess. Rita Cosby has stooped to airing an "exclusive interview" with the BABYSITTER, for cripes' sake!

Just WHAT is newsworthy about a drugged-out, gold-digging bleached-blonde bimbo kicking the bucket?

I have to confess to being captivated by this whole thing. I am so lame.

I don't know either! Then we have "our boys" dying over in Iraq, but they only get 30 seconds on the news....and they don't even get tehir names mentioned!?!?

What did Anna Nichole do other than grow big boobs?

I agree. all the news coverage its getting gives me a headache.

I can't believe this topic was on page two!

This is the number one story! Everybody needs to have their daily dose of ANS drama

On another forum, there is a discussion going on about whether or not it can be determined who the father is by the ear lobes. Apparently, "attached" lobes are recessive, "unattached" lobes are dominant. They are looking at photos of all the players trying to determine who has attached lobes or not.

Interesting theory..... I mean, has anyone ever seen a male calico cat with more than two colors?

DNA is the only reliable way to know who the father. Looking at eyes or mouths or noses or ears is not reliable enough nor anyway scientific enough to know the paternity of any child.

I am just happy that they were able to get her buried.

Just so her mom can't get her grubby hands on that baby, that is all I care about. Yuck, that woman gives me the creeps.

Another point we agree on! "Grubby" is the perfect description.

I agree that DNA is the way to go. However, there are genetic clues that you can visibly observe. The ear lobes is just one such observation.

For example, if ANS has "attached lobes" and so does Dannilyn (sp?), then the father would have to have attached lobes too. See? Many posting on this issue feel HKS has detached lobes...which are dominant....which would mean that IF ANS and the baby have attached lobes, he could not be the father.

I understand but what population of men have attached ear lobes? Does that mean one of them could be the father?

If looking at 2 perspective fathers ears could tell who the father is it would save the government on paternity tests.

The problem has been finding good quality photographs of all parties involved (HKS, LB, ANS, Dannilyn) to make a visual determination on who has attached ear lobes and who does not.

Yep, we would need to waste all that money on dna tests, people could just go around looking at other peoples ears.
Of course they need to do dna tests! But wouldn't it be fun to have a possible answer ahead of all the news outlets? We'd all get to say... I knew it!

I wonder if this will ever come to an end..Her Mother still wants her
barried in Texas and Daniels biological father wants him in Texas also.
I say let these two rest in peace together, the way it should be.

I have NO idea what the Heck you are talking about here! What the heck are attached and detached lobes?

Did they ever release the cause of death?
I think my lobes are still attached, what does that make me?
I think what I find saddest about this entire case isn't just that the baby will never know her mother, but that the only view of her mother she'll ever have will be the "Anna Nicole Smith" that is portrayed in the media: the plastic-surgery-enhanced, gold-digging, drug-addled bimbo who would do anything for money or publicity. Having never met the woman, I can't say for certain that that's the woman she was, but in all likelihood, that's the only woman Danielynn will ever know. I think Anna Nicole Smith was a real piece of work (as is her scary, scary mother), but it's sad that Danielynn will never get to see another side of her. She could have had so many positive qualities that never made it into the pictures or press because the positive never sells as well as the negative does, and her daughter will never learn of them.
I think that Anna's true qualities, especially as being a loving mother, will be what Danielynn grows up believing in her mother. She is just as much of a ce3lebrity as her mother at this point, therefore speculation is only "tabloid talk".

Hey Sprockey

I know this was discussed on another board somewhere, but HKS definitely has the attached lobes, and Anna, Larry, Daniel all have detached lobes. That leaves the daddyhood open, based on this genetic trait.

However, I really think Larry Birkhead managed to get some of the baby's DNA when he got to hold her. That is why I believe the big grins from LB and Debra Opri the other night. But then the next day Debra was off the team, so what gives??? LB is putting together a nursery, so that suggests he knows something we don't.
